Emma is a family law lawyer with significant litigation, negotiation, and mediation experience. Emma services the West GTA including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Hamilton.

Emma is able to provide a range of legal advice to her clients and practices in criminal law, real estate, and wills and estates.

Whether your matter is a high-conflict litigation, domestic violence, or a “simple” negotiating and drafting of an agreement, Emma has the experience and knowledge to bring you to the conclusion of your legal matter.


Emma was born and raised in South Mississauga and as the eldest of 4 children began practicing her negotiation skills early in life.

Emma graduated from Clarkson Secondary School in Mississauga, and went on to the University of Toronto where she earned her Bachelor of Arts .

Prior to embarking on her legal career, Emma worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor, and as a licensed insurance advisor.

Emma moved to Melbourne, Australia in 2011 where she pursued her law degree. She graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2013.

Emma started her legal career in Fort McMurray, Alberta and has practiced throughout Alberta and the GTA.

Emma is called to the bar in Alberta and in Ontario. She has appeared in all 3 levels of court in Alberta, and in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario. Emma’s goal is to be part of the solution to your legal issue.

Emma is married with two children and resides in Oakville.
